ONFOCUS is offering technical support team services through its AMC (Annual maintenance contract) offer to the clients with over view of serving their actual cause of installing CCTV CAMERA as above over view following are the services we are offering to our clients.
Regular Visit: Monthly One visit will be done by our Tec Team/person in this visit we will clean the lenses (Camera), Checking Cable/Wire, Format DVR /Burning Data in any External device which should be provided by the client. Attending Terms: Service call will be attended within 5 working hours with in Bangalore outer Bangalore city within 12 working hours, Outside Bangalore city per visit Travelling charges extra on AMC charges.
Note: First two (2) visits are free under AMC per month, after second visits per visit are chargeable. (Office hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday)
